You will deliver high quality, end to end expertise within a strong service oriented team. You will handle a group of commercial middle market and/or large commercial accounts. You will directly chip in to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and achieving operating/margin targets. Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Successfully and profitably provides outstandingservice to an assigned group of client accounts

  • Works on a book of business focused on retention anddriving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage

  • Builds and energizes relationships with existingclients by providing ongoing customer care

  • In partnership with the Production team, takes aleadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possiblesolution is delivered to the client in a high-quality and timely manner.

  • Markets new and renewal business

  • Cultivates relationships with the buyer in the clientorganization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers

  • Resolves issues quickly in a manner that’s appropriatefor both the client and the Branch

  • Establishes effective relationships with markets,knowing which markets to use for certain risks, etc.

  • Manages to defined service timelines and processes

  • Uses systems, services and resources to execute work aseffectively and efficiently as possible

  • Leads appropriate team members to address the client’srisk management needs

  • Coaches/Mentors entry level Client Service Associatesthrough continuous learning, honest feedback, and strong talentdevelopment

  • Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance tostandards and service level

  • Maintains complete and accurate client and policy dataand documents within the Gallagher systems

KeyQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years client serviceexperience –OR– High School diploma/GED with 8 years client serviceexperience

  • Property & Casualty Producer’s license

  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to improveproductivity and quality
