Position Summary:

Supervises a combination of clerical, word processing and related office functions such as posting data to various records and forms, maintaining charts, gathering data from various sources, preparing reports, and answering and filing correspondence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • May initiate and communicate a variety of personnel actions e.g., employment, termination, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling and/or approving overtime.

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of a group of employees.

  • Responsible for training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Required:

  • High school diploma

  • 3 or more years related work experience.
