POSITION SUMMARY:

This role answers incoming calls related to insurance policies. This position is responsible for documenting calls and requests while providing exceptional customer service.

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will answer inbound calls in a high volumecall center, assisting clients and policyholders with questions/inquiriesregarding insurance contracts.

  • You will track calls and update file notes asappropriate.

  • Provide high quality customer service whileensuring to adhere to an assigned schedule.

  • Adhere to professional standard requirements

  • Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • At least one year of customer service experience

  • Advanced computer skills with the ability toquickly learn new systems

  • Ability to focus and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated flexibility and open to changingpriorities

  • Good organization skills

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in relevantareas of study

  • Experience in personal lines of insurance

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License stronglypreferred
