Gallagher Customer Service Supervisor - GSC in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job purpose

This position functions as a first-line supervisor by overseeing the daily operation in a service center; including directing, coaching, mentoring and developing new and existing Associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises customer service representatives

  • Ensures prompt and courteous service to all customers.

  • Trains and develops hourly associates within department.

  • Has responsibility for customer service activities within a call center.

  • May directly provide customer service support to the largest and/or most complex clients.

  • May directly anticipate and provide solutions to the most complex business, operations, and customer service problems.

  • Directly leads small team/group of customer service representatives.

Required:

  • Associates degree and 5 or more years related experience required

  • Excellent knowledge of the insurance brokerage business

Work Traits:

  • Strong people and process management experience.
