Acts as main point of contact for IT management, local and remote service desk employees, and local office leadership.
Key responsibilities involve:
Provides leadership support in coaching, monitoring, and providing feedback to service desk resources, delegates tasks/manages workloads, coordinates scheduling adjustments, implements process improvements, and provides input into performance management.
Accountable for taking lead in times of major system outages, supplier issues and conflict resolution with customers.
Provides advanced issue oversight management for dispatch requests and IT partner assistance.
Provides regional and desktop support in setting up new user computer configurations as we hire new employees, installing and troubleshooting hardware, peripherals and software, and troubleshooting for network functionality and performance issues.
Facilitates onsite service desk and end user training.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional IT service and support experience required.
Validated ability to provide high level of customer service, problem resolution, and support for external and internal customers.
Knowledge and experience with a variety of operating systems, hardware, applications and tools using the Microsoft Windows platform.
Ability to travel within a 20 mile radius in the Las Vegas area based on business need.
Experience in the following technologies, not limited to but preferred: Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Virtualization, Citrix, Scripting and Hardware support.
Computer imaging knowledge.
Windows 7 and Windows 10 proficiency.
Experience in IT operations and process management.
Ability to translate technical information into business and customer language.
Knowledge and understanding of ticketing applications and workflow (Remedy preferred).
Ability to handle stressful periods and work effectively in an energizing environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete work you're doing.
Strong business, technical and analytical abilities and ability to use advanced problem solving to find answers for customer issues.
