We currently have multiple opportunities for Claims Officers (known internally as Best Practice Assessors) to join our office located in North Sydney . We have a mix of permanent full time and part time positions available.
As these roles are providing support to our U.S. colleagues, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours , with early starts and finishes.
Undertake reviews/audits of claims against a qualitative audit tool;
Assess accuracy and efficiency of claims management strategies, and provide feedback and recommendations;
Conduct audits of policies and procedures, ensuring that “best practice” is met with regards to statutory, regulatory and ethical requirements;
Apply critical thinking and an evidence based approach to case management and claims settlement;
Utilise audit data and results to develop reports for the U.S.;
Identify key strengths and areas for improvement in U.S. operations;
Provide recommendations and feedback to stakeholders in relation to skill gaps identified.

A proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format
The capability to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning team
Previous workers compensation experience is highly regarded
