Gallagher Application Support Analyst in Queensland, Australia

The position

We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our International Applications Team based in Brisbane CBD. You will be a member of the team that supports users of the Claims Management platform.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • BAU activities for the maintenance of the various components of the Claims Management platform;

  • Analysis, investigation and resolution of system and user issues;

  • Working closely with the core project team to understand and help roll out new functionality;

  • Track and resolve Service Requests and Incident Requests raised by business.

  • Proven experience in application support of environments undergoing constant change;

  • Highly developed problem solving competency;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills;

  • Comfortable working with internal business and external vendors;

  • Experience diagnosing and remediating both technical and application issues;

  • Insurance/Claims Management industry experience would be an advantage;

  • Working SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
