The position

Currently we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our International Applications Team based in Brisbane CBD .

You will be a key people and account leader, managing a project and enhancement engineering team of Project Managers’, Business Analysts’, Developers and Quality Analysts’.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Capability development in Dev, BA, and QA cohorts

  • Process owner for delivery (methodology, Way of Working)

  • Assist in portfolio management by working with PM’s to track estimation and delivery

  • Work with PM’s and Scrum Masters to define what Agile looks like at GB

  • Coaching, driving and facilitating sustainable high performance in application delivery teams

  • Track and resolve project impediments, protection of scrum processes from distractions and interferences

  • Facilitating planning and estimation of tasks and user stories

To win this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in environments of constant change essential

  • Highly developed business analysis and problem solving competency.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience diagnosing and remediating team dynamic issues

  • Insurance/Claims Management industry experience would be an advantage

  • Proven track record in delivery digital product and services using agile methodology, processes and practices
