Currently we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our International Applications Team based in Brisbane CBD .
You will be a key people and account leader, managing a project and enhancement engineering team of Project Managers’, Business Analysts’, Developers and Quality Analysts’.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Capability development in Dev, BA, and QA cohorts
Process owner for delivery (methodology, Way of Working)
Assist in portfolio management by working with PM’s to track estimation and delivery
Work with PM’s and Scrum Masters to define what Agile looks like at GB
Coaching, driving and facilitating sustainable high performance in application delivery teams
Track and resolve project impediments, protection of scrum processes from distractions and interferences
Facilitating planning and estimation of tasks and user stories
To win this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Proven leadership experience in environments of constant change essential
Highly developed business analysis and problem solving competency.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience diagnosing and remediating team dynamic issues
Insurance/Claims Management industry experience would be an advantage
Proven track record in delivery digital product and services using agile methodology, processes and practices
