Position Summary:

  • Primarily focused on providing project management support services for technology integrations. Documents technology enhancements and addresses new requests, working with technology and clients to develop project requirements, timelines and workflows. Facilitates communications between different stakeholders for implementations, including status calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and defining business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.

  • Analyzing business processes, identifying process deficiencies, researching solutions and planning and coordinating the remediation.

  • Validating business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.

  • Completing post deployment quality reviews.

  • Essential duties may also include: Creating reports; Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving service issues; and Developing detailed project plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 6 years related experience in claim reporting or similar work experience.

  • Prior project management experience, especially with technology.

  • Experience communicating to a variety of different audiences in different formats.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

  • Prior experience with agile methodology is a plus.
