BasicResponsibilities:

The Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGB)-US Marketing Manager works directly with GGB key stakeholders (National Sales Director, Internal Communications, select Practice Managers, select Managing Directors, etc.) to create and activate marketing strategies and campaigns in support of Corporate Marketing, Practice Groups and Divisional areas of specialization. The Product Marketing Manager reports to the GGB VP of Marketing and acts as the primary marketing point of contact for GGB-US key stakeholders. Focused primarily on driving organic growth, the position includes: creating and executing measurable product and segment marketing strategies and campaigns, in support of identified marketing and sales goals. The GGB-US Product Marketing Manager will work closely with GGB Regional Marketing Managers and GGB-US key stakeholders to provide strategies and oversight of key marketing activities and programs, including lead generation campaigns, product launch campaigns (internal and external) and content development in support of GGB products and services.

The GGB-US Product Marketing Manager will work with key stakeholders to create strategic plans that provide insight into industry and customer needs, confirm customer and prospect needs and benefits and the messaging that will most effectively resonate with key audiences. This role includes development and management of product-related content and resources and ensuring they are promoted appropriately in Gallagher marketing and sales materials.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will bring enthusiasm and creative ideas for B2B marketing strategies, while supporting Corporate and Division initiatives. Being a strong, service-oriented relationship builder and strategic thinker will be critical. Strong critical thinking skills and collaborative workstyle are a must. Proven organizational and project management skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required.

This position will afford the opportunity to collaborate with Corporate and Divisional Marketing teams, Internal Communications and Training teams, Practice Area leaders, Sales Leadership, and other subject matter experts.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Developmentand management of product-related marketing resources and campaigns tomaintain product integrity, including internal libraries and resources

  • Integratingkey messaging and positioning through all collateral materials

  • Ensuringaccuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards for all productmarketing assets

  • Promotingcross-marketing opportunities - encouraging greater learning,communication and sharing of ideas across the Gallagher marketingcommunity

  • Industry analysis(when necessary)

Skills & Experience:

  • Provenrecord of successful client management/relationship building

  • Experienceexecuting marketing projects that resulted in increased brand visibilityand sales leads

  • Insurance industry experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or similar field

  • 7 or more years related experience
