How will you contribute to the business?

  • You will meet with internalbusiness partners to discuss current and future recruitment needs anddevelop an executable timeline and sourcing strategy

  • You manage the applicantexperience from start to finish. Starting with building employment advertisingthat will ensure that we position our available roles in a fresh andenticing manner

  • You will work with yourinternal partners to build recruitment processes that are unique tospecific business needs- recruitment project planning, backfilling criticalneeds, or building a talent pipeline for future roles

  • You will create a multi-channelsourcing strategy and seek out qualified passive contenders

  • You will conduct in-depthqualification calls to identify skills, job seeking motivations, andscreen for corporate culture fit

  • You will notify applicants ofconsideration or rejection and coordinate interviews for those selectedthat meet organization's qualifications

  • You will arrange assessmentswhere applicable (experience with the Hogan, Kolbe, or Caliper would behelpful)

  • You will host interviews andset up travel/lodging of selected applicants at company's expense, asnecessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.

  • Proficient with employment laws and related compliance issues.

Work Traits:

  • Strong written verbal and written communication skills.

  • Posses the ability to manage multiple assignments.
