We are currently seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our continually growing business. This is a full time role that can be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, and will require occasional interstate travel.
The Tender Coordinator will be responsible for supporting GB’s new business process nationwide, including producing and enhancing the look and feel of proposals, tenders and other sales and marketing collateral, as well as administering GB’s knowledge base system.
Support various business units within the tender process from briefing through to presentation and contract negotiations
Coordinate the input from key members throughout allocated tenders and proposals
Actively participate in creative design on all proposals, tenders and marketing collateral
Actively participate in team meeting and project activities as required
Produce proposals, tenders, responses and other sales related collateral
Maintain an up to date Tender and Proposal Registry
Assist in the solicitation of competitive quotes for production of tenders, proposals and sales collateral where applicable
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify and report risks which may adversely impact on the business
Build and develop external business relationships
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or Project Management/Coordination role
Excellent bid and proposal writing skills
Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage projects
Highly effective communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and solutions to meet business needs
Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Creative professional with high attention to detail and commercial awareness
PC literate – Microsoft Office (essential) and Adobe InDesign (preferable)
Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline highly regarded
